Here in Canada there are laws that a citizen must obey or otherwise be summoned & tried. I keep reading that some of these laws for citizens in the same place differ between indigenous & settler citizens. There must be a way we can separately settle once & for all with the injured party then move forward amicably with the same legal rules for all citizens.
Opinions differ, for instance one book stresses "The way we always were" another "Second Thoughts". Not going to be easy to have a common front but Canada must.
